The location was unbeatable, just off the historical center, an excellent restaurant and the city centre, I couldn't have asked for anything better. The staff were excellent and great in all circumstances, I enjoyed them all.

The location was mind-blowing, right in the heart of the city center. The owners were super kind and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The cleanliness of the room was jaw-dropping and it had all the comforts we could ask for. Highly recommendable and will definitely be back for a longer stay. Thank you very much!

Stayed at Raise Heraklion Boutique for a week-long city break. The apartment was new, clean, and perfectly located in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood. Just a short walk to the lively area of restaurants and the old town. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. The housekeeping staff was friendly and even helped us with the Greek language. Excellent Customer Service Team that provided quick responses and solutions. Highly recommend this apartment.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Smooth check-in, ideal location near airport and shops/restaurants. Comfy bed and fast internet. Amazing city center within walking distance. Helpful staff arranged baby cot, high chair, and shuttle with safety seat. New, clean apartment with necessary appliances and cutlery. Spacious shower with hot water. Bonus balcony for breakfast. Clean room with great bathroom and amazing shower. Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchenette. Excellent location near city center with supermarket, bars, and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

raise heraklion boutique exceeded our expectations during this holiday. the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to provide outstanding service. the location was amazing and the studio had all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. we appreciated the personal favor the landlord did for us, making our business trip more effective.
